The 5th graders are currently working on a lighthouse drawing that will be completed with chalk pastels. We drew the lighthouse scene together step-by-step and then use of chalk pastels was demonstrated. They are enjoying the projects and I will post completed work as soon as it is done!
Sounds like a great project. I bet they are excited to work witht the pastels...I bet it is going to create quite the mess as well!
